91短视频 the Health Management Initiative
91短视频 State University Human Resources continues to provide a Health Management Initiative (HMI) for employees who elect coverage on our medical plans. The purpose of this initiative is to raise awareness of behaviors that impact health, increase the detection of chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease and diabetes, and encourage participants to begin and/or continue to make healthier lifestyle choices.
During the 2026 program year, 1,050 participants completed a biometric screening. Aggregate results showed:
- High cholesterol levels: 9.6%
- Hypertension 2 or crisis levels of blood pressure: 9.5%
- High A1C and glucose results or diabetic: 5.9%
- Obese or severely obese: 41.7%
These aggregate results will help guide university wellness programming. Comparing results over time will also help the university understand changes in the overall health of our employees.
